Process & Timelines
How long does a typical website take?
A Starter landing page takes 1–2 weeks. A Business website takes 3–6 weeks. Larger Advanced / Custom / eCommerce projects usually run 6–12 weeks depending on scope. You'll get a firm timeline before we start.
How quickly can you start after we agree?
Usually within 3–5 days of accepting the proposal. Landing page projects can often begin within 48 hours if the brief is clear. If you have a hard deadline, tell us early — we'll say honestly whether we can meet it.
What does the process look like from start to launch?
Four phases: Discovery (goals, audience, competitors), Design (wireframes → high-fidelity UI reviewed in the browser), Build (semantic development with performance baked in), then Launch & Support (QA across devices, go-live, monitoring). You get regular progress updates throughout — no black-box weeks.
What do you need from me to get started?
A brief on your business and goals, any reference sites you like, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) if you have them, and the content for the pages. If content isn't ready yet, we can start with design and slot content in later — but the earlier content arrives, the faster we launch.
Tech & Platforms
Do you build with WordPress or custom code?
Both — the right choice depends on your needs. WordPress is usually best when you need a blog, easy editing for your team, or a tight timeline. Custom code is better for performance-critical sites, complex integrations, or when you want zero vendor dependency. We'll recommend the best option after hearing your goals — not the one we prefer to build.
Can you migrate my existing website without losing SEO?
Yes. We handle SEO-safe migrations regularly — preserving URL structure, redirects, meta tags, schema and backlinks. Rankings usually hold or improve after migration because the new build performs better. We monitor Search Console for 30 days post-launch to catch anything unexpected.
Do you handle WooCommerce and payment gateways?
Yes. WooCommerce stores, custom checkout flows and payment gateway integrations are core work for us — including Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe and custom multi-currency setups. We've shipped stores with 900+ SKUs.
Can you integrate third-party APIs and dashboards?
Yes. Common integrations: Google Maps APIs, IP-based geolocation, CRMs, ERPs, payment systems, email platforms and custom dashboards. We've built live city traffic dashboards and routing interfaces in production.
Pricing
How much does a website cost?
Four packages: Starter from $199 (landing page up to 5 pages), Business from $599 (up to 15 pages, WordPress or custom, blog, SEO), Advanced from $1,499 (WooCommerce, integrations, multi-language) and Bulk Partner from $449 per site (volume pricing for agencies and franchises). Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Are prices really fixed, or will they grow?
Fixed. Once we agree the scope, the price is the price. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only proceeds with your written approval — no surprise invoices, ever.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Business, Advanced and Bulk Partner projects are typically split 40% upfront · 40% at design approval · 20% at launch. Larger projects can be broken into more milestones on request. We invoice in USD, GBP, EUR, INR or AED.
Do you take on smaller or partial work?
Yes — a single landing page, a speed audit, a WooCommerce fix, an SEO clean-up, a WordPress bug hunt. Not every project needs to be a full rebuild. Tell us what's broken and we'll scope it as a small piece of work.
Revisions & Scope
How many revisions do I get?
Starter: 1 round. Business: 3 rounds. Advanced / Custom: unlimited within the agreed scope. A "round" is a consolidated set of feedback on a milestone — we ask you to gather comments rather than send them one at a time.
What counts as a revision vs. extra work?
Revisions = changes to something we already built or designed within the agreed scope (wording, colors, layout tweaks, image swaps). Extra work = new pages, new features, new integrations, or changing direction after a milestone is signed off. We'll always flag which one you're asking for before doing the work.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
We review designs with you in the browser before building — not after — so you see the real thing, not a flat mockup. If something isn't right, we fix it within the revision rounds included in your package. Our goal is that you'd happily send the final site to a client or investor yourself.
Hosting, Support & Maintenance
Do you provide hosting?
We don't resell hosting, but we'll recommend the right provider for your project and set everything up on your behalf at no extra charge — DNS, SSL, email, caching, backups. You pay the host directly, so you're never locked into us.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support (3 months on Advanced / Custom) to fix anything that comes up. After that, ongoing maintenance plans are available for updates, backups, security monitoring and continuous improvements.
Can you maintain a site you didn't build?
Yes. We take on maintenance for existing WordPress, WooCommerce and custom sites regularly. Before we agree, we do a short technical audit — if the underlying code is too fragile to safely maintain, we'll say so honestly and recommend a rebuild instead.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — most of our clients are actually outside India. We work across the US, UK, EU, Middle East, Australia and India. All communication is async-friendly, timezone-flexible, and we invoice in the currency that suits you.
Can I cancel a project after we start?
Yes, at any milestone. You pay only for the work completed up to that point — no penalties, no lock-in. Our proposals include a clear cancellation clause so nobody is surprised.
